Why I chose (pain): As a former athlete, I appreciate the fact that formerly active people who now deal with chronic pain want, to the extent possible, to return to their former quality of life. As a chronic pain physician, I can act as a mediator for patients who are stuck between conservative management of their pain and definitive surgery by utilizing specialized interventions tailored to their specific needs designed to help them regain function.
